<h3>Decibel Architecture’s Menstruation and Menopause Wellbeing Policy was recently featured by Australian architecture and gender equity advocacy group, <a href="https://parlour.org.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Parlour</a>.</h3>
The policy, introduced in July 2024, aims to address the stigma and taboo surrounding menstruation and menopause, and recognise its impact on women and all people that experience these normal bodily functions. dB(A) Strategy Director, Stephanie Brady explains the process in developing and implementing the policy, and its importance in reflecting the values of our practice.

NāNo Gallery is a teeny tiny Melbourne-based contemporary art space whose sole purpose is to elevate and celebrate the arts. Located in the heart of Ngár-go (Fitzroy), NāNo Gallery adds a unique, multi-disciplinary art space to this wonderfully colourful and diverse local community.
Established in 2024, by Decibel Architecture (dB(A)) as an extension of our creative activism, NāNo Gallery has a deep commitment to supporting local artists and to using this platform for good. It leans into dB(A)’s values of Knowledge, Radicalism and Play.
